The What’s New page is used for the timely dissemination of information regarding late-breaking development which significantly affect rural letter carriers. Examples of such information could be, but are not limited to, a national arbitration award, a national pre-arbitration settlement, the filing of a national level grievance, an EMA adjustment, or a COLA adjustment.

The NRLCA Legislative Department represents rural letter carrier interests on Capitol Hill by lobbying, informing, and educating members and staff on issues affecting the NRLCA. The Department also educates and alerts NRLCA membership on key issues and developments, and encourages rural carriers to become involved legislatively.

The National Rural Letter Carrier magazine is published monthly by the NRLCA and is mailed to all members as a benefit of union membership. It is filled with articles of interest and news items about the job, the union, and the Postal Service. View recent issues.
