Amendment Votes:

Pence Amendment - Amendment sought to remove the requirement that the first vacant slot on the Postal Service Board of Governors be filled by an individual with the unanimous backing of all labor organizations. NRLCA did not support this amendment.

Flake Amendment - Amendment sought to allow the United States Postal Service to conduct a pilot program to test the feasibility and desirability of alternative methods for the delivery of postal services. NRLCA did not support this amendment.

Hensarling Amendment - Amendment sought to require that 100 percent of the Civil Service Retirement System funds now in escrow be used to pay for the Postal Service's unfunded healthcare liability. (Failed by voice vote)
