RETIREES: TAKE NOTE

Carriers are reminded that to maintain membership in this Association upon retirement and to continue coverage under the Rural Carrier Benefit Plan or any NRLCA sponsored plans, you must either pay cash retiree dues or complete a retired dues withholding authorization Form 1187-R. The dues withholding Form 1187 that you signed when you joined the union as an active rural carrier does not transfer upon retirement.

 You may print and use the form below or contact your state secretary for a Form 1187-R. When completing the Form 1187-R, be sure to include all requested information, especially your CSA number. Then, forward the completed form to your state secretary as soon as possible.

NRLCA dues will be withheld in monthly increments from your annuity checks.
